We manufacture and supply various engineering machinery parts based on our clients’ specifications. • Engineering machinery parts supply and maintenance

Our expert team of technical staff has the hands-on experience in handling various kinds of industrial machinery. Screw conveyor, pumps and lathe machines are the common repair equipment and machines that we handle. When it comes to machinery or equipment repairs, our team will first disassemble the machine or equipment to find the problem source. Once the problem is resolved, several tests and calibrations would be conducted to ensure the machine’s smooth performance.

• Mechanical parts fabrication

Fabrication simply means manufacturing process of a mechanical part from a raw or semi-finished material. Our basic fabrication would be piping fabrication. Whether it is carbon steel or stainless steel, we can fabricate the piping according to your specifications. Before our fabrication process is conducted, all drawings along with QA documents have to be reviewed.

• Piping installation and welding repairs

• Hub coupling

Pumps and motor often wear off very fast due to its high movement and vibration during the operations. In order to prevent this, hub coupling is installed in the pump shafts and motor shafts. This hub coupling comes in various sizes to fit for the right pump and motor application. At President Engineering Sdn Bhd, we can fabricate the right and perfect hub coupling for your industrial pumps and motors. The fabrication process would be done based on the four basic conditions of shaft misalignment which are angular misalignment, parallel misalignment, end float and torsional flexibility.

• Butterfly valve replacement

A butterfly valve is a quarter-turn rotational motion valve that is commonly used to regulate, start and stop the flow. We manufacture a variety of butterfly valves which includes wafer type and lug wafer design. This valve is suitable for handling large water or gas flows at relatively low pressure. It also can be used for handling slurries that consist of a mixture of liquid and solids.
